RESUMEN

El presente trabajo describe los factores internos y externos que definen la competitividad de las industrias y empresas de servicios. También describe el uso de las ingenierías de sistemas y de informática y de las ciencias de la computación con miras a conseguir excelencia en la competitividad.

SUMMARY

The following research describes the internal and external factors that define tha competitivity of the industries and service enterprises. Also describes how the application of system engineering, information technology and computer science enable to achieve excelence in competitiviness.
