Tendencias como el largo plazo, comunicaciones y TQM, demuestran que las organizaciones que se estancan, son sobrepasadas por otras. Una forma de estar en training y competencia a la vez, es participando en los Premios Nacionales de la Calidad, que en su mayoría son una emulación del Premio Malcolm Baldrige - USA.

SUMMARY

Trends as the long term, communications and TQM, demonstrate that the ones that can not keep up with them ate surpassed by the organizations that can. A way to keep learning and competing at the same time is participating in the National Awards of Quality, that in majority is emulation of the Malcolm Baldrige - USA.
